Horrible stay, Stay at the Dormy inn instead.

Pros: nothing. This hotel is horrible.

Cons: Starting with the fact that I was paying double from 2 other family guests I met that had the same size room as I did. Price was absurd. There was also no easy access to hot water, an extreme issue with cockroaches, and also the hotel has no food at all ! How can a hotel that charges 250 $ a night not have food. Not even breakfast

Pros: The location is close to the station, the room is very large and comfortable. The service of the receptionist at the counter is very good.

Pros: The room is huge!! It was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. I liked it to the point it made me feel like living there!! The decoration was spot on: the colors, furniture and everything else was wonderfully chosen and arranged. Though the area doesn't offer much to do, the hotel has its own entertainment area which includes a billiard table and some game center machines. It's small but convenient for those coming with kids or friends to hang out.

Cons: The front desk attendant was polite but didn't deliver the kind of service I'm used to getting from Japanese service providers, especially in hotels. Different from what is informed at booking.com, he didn't speak English and made absolutely no effort to communicate with me in the language or even trying to reformulate or change words in Japanese so I could clearly understand him. When I got there, I wanted to know where the closest parking spots were (as it was stated here that they didn't have a parking lot), and the receptionist gave me this weird looking map with lots of confusing arrows and directions and just told me to park on Spot #2. It took me more than half an hour to understand the map and find the parking lot and #2 spot. It was all very messy and not easy to find just looking at the map. If he had tried to explain it to me, it would probably take me less than 5min to get there and get back to the hotel, especially because I was actually looking for a paid parking lot, and in the end it was not (I mean, I paid for parking at the hotel check in).

Pros: This hotel was the largest and most comfortable room in we experienced Japan. The twin room description resulted in what we would consider two double beds at least, with the only quality English speaking tv channel.. the proximity to the station and all good restaurants was great, really short and comfortable walking distance. We were able to pick up great seafood and the hotel staff were extremely accommodating and wonderful!

Pros: The executive room was very nicely laid out. We were a family of 3. We got a bed each.

Cons: There was a kitchen area with a cooking plate but no utensils or cutlery. Maybe could be arranged at the reception but we didnt ask.

Pros: Room size very good. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Very noisy games room from a multitude of machines all playing music at once as well as music from the hotel sound system.

Pros: This hotel was one of the best we stayed at when touring Japan, it is VERY close to the station, easy to find, has car rentals next door (don't be afraid to hire a car, we found it very easy to drive around this area of Japan), the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was fantastic with comfortable beds!

Pros: Excellent quality of rooms, nicely decorated and welcoming staff. Location is highly convenient.

Cons: Utensils are missing in the room kitchenette. Perhaps it is possible to take from the reception, but we didn't ask.

Pros: Beds were comfortable, and sheets were clean. Room had kitchenette.

Cons: The hotel is in need of an update. Decor is haphazard, and there were cobwebs above the bed and the beds were dusty as well. Staff was nice, but for the price I was a bit disappointed.

Pros: It is the biggest room I have ever stayed in Japan. Good location and many TV channels. A wonderful stay!
