Pros: Great location, tasty breakfast, lovely staff. The hotel design is great

Cons: I really didnt like the cleaning service. Not as clean as I wanted. Housekeeper didnt renew coffee and sugar in the room.

Pros: The room upgrade, the staff, the pool area, the sushi bar. Location.

Cons: Children permanently in the outdoor jacuzzi, which made it impossible for adults to use No staff member keeping a check on the area to notice. The noisy outdoors on the hotel entrance side where our room was located, lots of men talking loudly. Air con was too noisy to keep on at night during sleep.

Overpriced Traps and Disappointment

Cons: A stay at Adams made me miss the days when hotels would stock the mini bar with items priced 3 - 4 times their actual cost. Honestly that was a better deal. Having booked the "full board" package for the first time it would have been usefull to have some disclaimer of what it is not included. I found out that any kind of bevrage is not included even water. Who needs to drink anyway? Reasnably priced mineral water is available at the local hotel store but it is not allowed to bring it with you to lunch or dinner. See attached photo of sign in the entrance to the dining area. If you do however bring thirsty children with you to meals that demand water you can purchase 750ml water bottles for 6 euros. This cost will add up depending on your stay you can expect to spend an additional 70 - 150 euros on WATER!. I complained about this to a couple of hotel representatives who promised to get back to me but never did. Outrages bevrage prices can also be found in the hotel coffe shop and bars. A cup of lattee would cost 6 euros there. A coctail would likely cost 15 euros. In addition the hotel is noticably trying to cut costs where it can. The cool water slides in the photos only operate 2 hours each day. Large areas in the hotel do not have air conditioning. These include hallways and lifts. The dining area similarly does not have air conditioning. It is an open air area cooled only with fans and this can be very uncomfortable during hot whether. Would recommended to stay away from this hotel.

Pros: Wonderful resort for the family. Beautiful beach and the pool was fantastic. The room was clean and a very good size for our family. The buffet breakfast was good. The staff were helpful.

Cons: I booked Queen Suites room 400 a night,. And did not feel special and value for money, The towels smells sour even its new wash. Better look for another wash company. My son played his little toy and it accidentally go under the sofa, and when I getting it back I saw under the sofa is very dirty, so many dust and some trash from others who checked in in the room. The curtains in the window is too much. The facilities is the best but the Queen suite room 1st floor is not value for money..

Cons: Unfortunately, I didnt receive room which I paid for ( sea front) instead I got partial view of the sea. When I brought this to customer service of the hotel - nothing was done about it. Nobody apologize or offered the room which I paid for.
