Pros: Great location (sits right on top of two subway lines and close to bus stops that can take you to almost all major attractions in the area); excellent breakfast menu (we particularly enjoyed the omelette); very comfy room (bed and pillows were soft, shower room was spacious, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was an extra bonus)

Cons: The building only had one elevator and it was rather small, can be a bit of an inconvenience if you have large pieces of luggage

Pros: Surprisingly quiet. Big bathrooms with nice products. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Not large rooms but fantastic for the price.

Cons: Little dodgy of neighbourhood but thars normal big city downtown. Pillows were to fat and a little hard.

Pros: The hotel staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel is in a very convenient location. I don't think the elevator was too slow.
