They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and their willingness to adapt to changing circumstances made a significant difference in my trip. Hotel itself is full of charm, room was great, bed comfortable, simple check in, nice restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.

    Pros: It is in a nice safe street of the Taksim Area so it is near to many attractions and to metro and tram stations. From the nearby tram station, it was easy to go to the Sultan Ahmet Mosque. The reception staff Omar was helpful for the guidance of the city. We liked our room which was clean also with good high speed Wi-Fi.

    Bad stay, bad hotel, never again.

    Cons: The stairs you have to come down to the hotel, and the stairs to climb to the 3rd floor. When you leave the hotel, stairs going down and to reach the street level stairs going up. NOBODY and Nowhere In your presentation was a mention of the stairs. Internet unavailable 4 days out of six. On arrival, they gave us a small roomonly when I mentioned that we had reserved and PAID for the Deluxe room that they decided to give us the room we had reserved. Room was not seviced everyday, when I complained they said I had to leave the card on the door. This card dont exist.

    The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location .

    Pros: The location was great. Omar and Berkay were very useful, they did great efforts to satisfy us.
    Cons: The mattress was uncomfortable at all. Day before we left the room wasnt cleaned. Thanks to Berkay that worked that evening and brought us towels and clean glasses to drink water.

    A lovely boutique hotel

    Cons: A lovely boutique hotel in a central location such that it is near to both Istiklal Street and Karakoy. The staff are incredibly helpful, especially with bags. The room is clean and nice. We thank The Loft Istanbul for our stay.

    Pros: Charming neighborhood and lots of lovely spots nearby to shop, eat and for strolling. The room was very big and spacious. AIR conditioned which is a plus. Though there was no elevator on the property the staff helped with the bags not only to go upstairs but also all the way down the rickety stairs and cobblestoned alleyways that led to it.
    Cons: The room was not clean. WiFi wasn't working for 1 of 2 days which wasn't the most convenient as I was working. It would have been nice for them to include breakfast at the property given the price point.

    Very oke place to stay

    Pros: The location was super nice, around the corner is a very living street with lots of cute bars and music. Its 30 mins till the city centre by metro and foot. Rooms are clean and staff is eager to help. However..
    Cons: They do not serve breakfast but there are lots of cute breakfast shops nearby. Our room had no wifi reception. On booking.com I booked a suite, it said on my receipt. When we entered our room it clearly wasnt a suite. On the hotel site our room was labelled like a standard double room. When I pointed this out later during my stay I was not treated very nice. They told me that any discontent I should have expressed at the beginning of my stay, when it is in fact totally in my right to express however I feel whenever I want during my visit. We left this hotel feeling bittersweet because of this incident.

    Pros: The European feel and the central location very close to Taksim
    Cons: It wasnt very clean, I had to have my slippers on, the hotel is located in a place with all stairs and has no elevator so carrying my bags was a hassle. It can also get loud till late at night but that did not bother me.

    Cons: The hotel is located on a hill, no direct access by car. You have to carry luggage through long ladders. And no elevator inside :((( A very narrow bathroom, with no space to put things on.

    Pros: Our stay in this beautiful hotel was truly enjoyable. The charm of the historic building enhanced our Istanbul experience in the Taksim Area. The room was large and pleasant, and the hotel's location was convenient. We found Karakoy and the Galata Tower nearby, also Sultan Ahmet reachable. We highly recommend it and extend our gratitude to the staff for their excellent service. What a delightful boutique hotel!

    delightful time on our room's balcony

    Pros: We had a truly delightful time on our room's balcony. The balcony offered a view of a picturesque street adorned with trees on the end of the street. The balcony was also adorned with lovely flowers, which greatly captivated us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in our room. Overall, a lovely small hotel not far from Taksim Square near to many shops and restaurants, also close to Galata Port and Karakoy. Hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly.
