Cons: The property needs lots of improvements ,I understand under construction but really nothing to offer guest but the price is still as if it is 100%.Was supposed to get $50 credit for being locked out of our room ( not to mention outside entrance). Battery dead for key ! Check in desk spoke with us completely apologetic about the inconvenience,offered the $50 still no refund .Not sure where the communication fell through the cracks.

Pros: We stayed at the Gaylord last time, we thought since this was a Gaylord offshoot (and the price) it would be a higher quality.. it was just a hotel. Nothing special about it. It was under construction so I hope it will be better next time.

Cons: It was in remodeling , they didn’t have a bottle of water to sell. The noise for the people working inside the hotel was really bad, my room phone didn’t work to calm the front desk.

Pros: Friendly staff greeted us upon arrival. The hotel is completely remodeled. Pool, jacuzzi and hot tub all centrally located. Large sized atrium, with cafe (check the hours, because it's not opened all day)

If it wasn't for the...

Pros: There was a nice indoor swimming pool and hot tub. They had a restaurant and bar with okay food.

Cons: The room they gave us was right next to construction going on in the hotel. We were woken each morning before seven when the work started. In addition to that the workers had no concern for the guests and conversed loudly outside of our room destroying any chance we had for sleep.
