Perfect place in downtown/River North

Pros: The location was within walking distance of several great places to eat and shop. The room was more spacious than I expected, it was a 2 queen and everything was clean. My daughter loved the lobby seating.

Cons: The only problem we had was trying to figure out the shower faucet. Not sure if it was loose or if we just had never encountered one like that before but the rain showerhead was great.

Cons: My only flaw was my remote didn’t work and also there was a towel already on the floor when I first got to the hotel but it was nice

Pros: Staff was very friendly. They allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and in a great location.

Cons: I wish their restaurant opened on Monday. Its a gorgeous restaurant with beautiful views.
