Modern accomodation in city center

Pros: Location, the system of no contact with anyone, the bathroom, the big windows facing the city

Cons: The bed and the sheets

Pros: Everything? Omg the view from the room was amazing! I wish I had stayed for longer. Can't recommend this place enough

Cons: All was super good. Just wish they had more charging options like cord C charging points for international travellers.

A hidden gem in Toronto

Pros: The location is within walking distance to all sights and places to visit. The room is comparably big, very clean and complete with amenities. I felt safe and comfortable. I had a fantastic stay.

Cons: I hope there was breakfast.

Cons: The room was very small. The bed was on the floor. The bathtub/shower was very deep and difficult/unsafe to access. The heavy glass door into the bathroom was intimidating. There was no thermostat in the room to control the temperature. Awkward online check in process after you commit and your credit card is charged. No local TV stations available for news and weather. Not a value for the price.

Pros: Nothing. It was overpriced. Higher than hotels minus the hotel services. It was dirty the floor. They don’t clean well in between. You hear everybody. It has an odour. I wouldn’t definitely not recommend especially for it to be same prices as some hotel. No parking on top of that you pay 45$ per night. No microwave. Literally nothing.

Pros: location is great, lots of eateries around the vicinity and there’s a supermarket nearby too. hotel room is bigger than expected and it’s clean. everything is done on their mobile app, very convenient.

Cons: bathroom door is a little heavy and can be abit noisy at night, can hear people talking / sound of cars - might not be the best if you’re a light sleeper.

Excellent Stay!

Pros: Absolutely stunning apartment! Excellent location 10 minute walk to all the main tourist spots and surrounded my so many amazing spots for food and drinks! Loved the hassle free check in system! We loved our stay here would love to come back again!

Pros: The bed was comfortable.

Cons: I hated that I could not check in before 4 pm but it was not a huge deal at first since I could pay a little extra to check in at 2 pm. I wanted to make sure my flight was on time before paying extra, but then my option was gone in the morning. I tried to talk to them and they wouldn't even try to help or acknowledge how confusing and bad it was that now I could not check in earlier. Also the night before when I had the option, I chatted with them to ask if the option might be gone in the morning, and they did not respond. There was also no warning saying I might not be able to. I thought this was the end of the awfulness of this place but then one night something in my room started beeping (maybe the smoke detector, probably because the battery was dying). When I told them this exhausted at 1 am, they said we can't do anything before 7 am. Thankfully I was so exhausted that I fell asleep but it was another awful experience. I would not have written a review if it was not so bad but these two experiences were too annoying for me to not write a review.

Pros: Room size, cleanliness, amenities, shower/bath. Easy to enter the building and my room. Excellent value considering the location of the hotel.

Cons: The locations of the light switches are not all obvious and one has to actively look for them. The door to the toilet is very heavy and not easy to move. The closet is not tall enough so that pants hang down without touching and lying on the floor of the closet. There is no safe.

Pros: Upgraded to 2-level penthouse. Nice balcony, great windows, large bathroom, comfortable, attractive minimalist furniture and decor, appliances like a kettle, fan, iron, earplugs, white noise machine etc. Nice bathroom amenities. Great bed. Re-stock room access. Location great.

Cons: No blinds on the living room windows means folks in the hotel rooms opposite can see in at night, very creepy. Missed real staff, had concerns about security, access, contacts in an emergency, ie fire, outages. Lack of outlets. City noise expected but not the loud irregular bass rumble in the building. Elevator? Grey walls depressing on a rainy day. Would prefer just a room if I book again.
