Cons: AC it wasn't work appropriate.too much humidity in the room.

Pros: The staff are all great kind people. Had some good creative and celebratory conversations and they seemed spirited to good things for th future.

Stay was horrible an Filthy

Cons: The room was clean when you walk in but when you pull the covers back on bed it was filthy with red juice stains on it an then lets not forget the headboard ridiculous FILTHY it was green but it was so dirty it was brown an then the chair in the room was beyond dirty with stains all over it couldnt even sit in it, The bathroom was clean an then the walls was dirty, An the remote for the tv did not work the batteries were dead so it literally had to stay on one Chanel once u turned tv on smh An last but not least they tried to steal my baby tablet I left in room I called an ask if we left it they said no, So I looked in car an it wasnt there so I knew it had to be in room so I called back they said we sent someone to check its not there, So I check tracker it says its at the hotel so I go back there an ask have someone been in room he says no I get to room the trash was taken out etc. so clearly someone was in room an then I pick up pillow an the tablet jus so happen to be laying on the bed how ironic, If I didnt have that tracker they would have kept lying saying it wasnt there, What it was they see I wasnt playing an put it back so I could go in room an get it cause remind you they said they sent someone to look 2 times they clearly thought I wasnt coming back, Imagine how many other people they have done like that an that really upset me they would do that to us, I wish I could get a refund because I hated everything about my stay an room cause it really was FILTHY, I took pictures as well, Definitely will be calling corporate in morning.

Cons: The whole place smelled like marijauna. Like someone was smoking it 24/7 inside the rooms. We could barely breathe and our eyes watered. I had my 12 year old with me with asthma as well.

Cons: Breakfast. They simply lied by the name of continental breakfast. Spread was. Bread, waffle,1 inch diameter donun,coffee and juice. They mislead by a table standee named hot. Toilet was jammed , and I had to do the plunging. 2 rated hotel not 2+

Nelson was great. he guided me wherever I needed to be. he was very pleasant. all employees were great and professional

Pros: according to my reservation made with your agency I did pay for taxes and fees. well when I checked in the Hotel charged me $7.86 for hotel fees, according to my receipt your agency provided to me fees were already paid. will you explain please.

Terrible, disgusting, disturbing and odious.

Cons: So very sorry but the room I had was horrific. It was filthy. Not just a bid dusty but filthy. The smell was horrendous. I felt very very unsafe and very afraid I would catch something.
