Cons: Well I had more issues, kettle not working, shower door got stuck almost fell, the shower was blocked by the drain, it turned into a bath, almost no hot water. Aircon didn't work.

Pros: Very clean and spacious, good location

Cons: The hotel address on my booking reservation was the wrong address and I had to spend a lot of time trying to find the hotel. Double bed was 2 singles and not so comfy.

Pros: The view from the balcony

Cons: The bedding was very average. The double bed was only 2 singles pushed together. It was noisy at night. Next to the building the street was flooded producing a bad smell when you went into and out if the building.

Pros: The apartment was really big, the views were great. Lift was very helpful as we had our baby with the buggy. It was very helpful to have a cot supplied. We liked having a choice of two pools we could access. Location was great

Cons: Seemed a bit expensive for what it was. The apartment is on a very busy road so the balcony was noisy.

Cons: The first 2 days we had no electricity. Some came to fix the aircondition and the next day again everything out because there was a conflict in the airco. At day 2 we went and walked tot the hotel what was a 400 meter away from where the appartment was for the 5th time to complain and we get an other appartment. The new appartment was renovated but there also were problems. The doors of the bedroom did not close well so we heard all night traffic. readimg lights not working ea. We didnot get any compensation, the only thing the staff said, talk to the manager!!! What kind of service is that.

Cons: The room was infested with black mold, and we were forced to find other accommodations at the last minute. BluBay neither apologized ("Everyone has mold in Malta") nor offered a refund for the remaining nights.

Cons: No kitchen utensils, dishwasher, dishcloth, bath soap, chopping board, cutting knife. Plug for the kitchen sink. Arrived late at night and given very dirty room with broken kitchen drawers and cupboards, no kettle . Complained and Changed room next day but still needed to ask for basic kitchen equipment. Toaster and kettle euro plugs, wall sockets all UK . Had to ask for an adapter.They dont supply sink plugs?One channel available and only in German not satellite tv as advertised.we have travelled widely for 5 years and book places with kitchens to self cater, this is the first time we have had these issues with lack of equipment.Room always smelled of smoke after cleaning !
