Cons: Lots of families shouting outside, running inside at the end of Spring Break and over the Easter Weekend. Limited choices and expensive small bites at Restaurants.

Pros: The room was comfortable and had a lovely view. The resort's pool and hot tub are very good and well-used.

Cons: Check-in and check-out were a challenge (to say the least). To have my family member arrive before me, after multiple conversations, I was required to fill out a form approving my credit card to be used to pay for the room up front. This was fine by me, but it took way too long to find the solution. They required the card number over the phone, and I provided it. When I checked in, I offered my credit card for confirmation. They did not need it. Four days later, on our last day, I went for a morning walk (8am) and came back to the room, and my key no longer worked. The hotel had locked me out of the room. I walked to reception and was told that my payment hadn't gone through, and they needed my credit card or a new one as the one they were trying wasn't going through. As they hadn't alerted me to this, I didn't have my card. I was told I had 10 min to go and get it. I had my phone on me and was able to read off my credit card number. It went through immediately. They had written the number wrong when they asked me for payment up-front. I was told "sorry". The manager on duty called me shortly thereafter (so they had my cell number) and asked if they could buy us breakfast to apologize. I explained we were packing and checking out so that wasn't possible. I have since spoken to the manager who has apologized but in no way do I feel it was enough for the lack of hospitality I feel at this resort. The resort administration is horrid and it is too bad because the facility is lovely.

Cons: Our suite was a bit dark, gloomy. The biggest factor for us not enjoying our stay was because the hotel had a large number of hockey teams with their families so it was loud and crowded everywhere during off season when we expected it to be quiet

Perfect spot for a weekend...

Pros: Warm, welcoming. Lovely suite that was well laid out and great for a romantic new years stay. Pool, hot tub and steam room were well maintained and a perfect temperature. The onsite dining was excellent.

Fantastic little getaway spot.

Pros: The staff were wonderful. Sonya in the market was a ray of light, we enjoyed our time with her!
