    Very Good

    Pros: Lokacija hotela je odlicna, blizu je svega, izlazi direktno na more iako plaza ispred hotela nije za kupanje. Medjutim lako se motorom stize do Paradise beach i Freedom beacha. Bazeni su odlicni i osoblje je dobro.
    Cons: Dorucak je los i uvek je isti. soba je malo starija ali za te pare je ok, jedino sto se oseca budj i smrdi napolju, ali to je problem u vise delova Phatonga. Za ove pare je ok. ali ne bi preporucio parovima da idu u Phatong, more je prljavo jako.

    Good but need to look after maintenance

    Pros: View and staff behaviour
    Cons: Last 3 yrs I am stayed that hotel but this time hotel room not good condition. Such as air condition not working. Hair drayer not working. Tea pot not working. Maintenance becomes poor.

    Pros: the position is absolutely ideal since is just in front of the ocean (you need cross the road and you are at Patong beach), but also 5 minutes away from the "movida", shops, restaurants, etc...
    Cons: wifi signal at 3rd floor

    I never bother to write reviews but genuinely had such a great experience I felt i had to write one.

    Pros: The staff were excellent and really helped make our holiday the cleaners were very hard workers and had an eye for detail and the gardener/ maintenance worker who I believe his name was Willie who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I was genuinely sad to say goodbye to him and hope you give him a pay rise
    Cons: Couple of roof tiles fell down and hit concrete below could have been disastrous had we been below. Some of the other guests were a bit irresponsible and I had to jump into the pool to rescue a young girl who was drowning due to her mother not supervising properly. This was reported to staff and notices were put up immediately warning parents to supervise children. Good work Seaview.

    Will definitely come back!!

    Pros: The location, with just walking distance to Patong Beach and Bangla Road and lots of restaurants and bars on the stretch. Friendly staffs theyre all super kind and welcoming.
    Cons: There wasnt power sockets beside the bed or anything near the bed. There was only 1 socket near the pantry area and 2 in the toilet, which makes it hard for 2 of us to use our devices. The pillow cases were abit smelly and balcony doesnt really cover if it rains very heavily.
