Pros: The staff were very helpful in relocating me to a room in the basement because I had been assigned a room on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of commission. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable but I felt a bit claustrophobic because the window opened to a less than enchanting view. The bathroom is very, very small. The TV reception was very quirky and kept losing signal. I had to request the front desk to bring me a hairdryer even though the room info stated that the room would be equipped with one. When I left the next morning the elevator had been repaired and was in use. This is a budget hotel and it was overall good value for money.

Cons: Dirty walls, curtains, skirting boards and shower very grotty. Also stained bed runner. Room very small.

Pros: The hotel is not for from Paddington train station.

Cons: My partner and I both got bitten to shreads staying in this hotel. The beds were very uncomfortable springs coming up to top of mattress so was not a comfortable sleep. The rooms are very small and we had to complain so got moved to a different room but was not much better. Facilities were terrible and frankly would have rather stayed at a travelodge which would have been cheaper and better equipped. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

Pros: The proximity to different metro stations and major touristic areas and the hotel and our room was always clean. Plus the staff was friendly.

Cons: The room we stayed at was a bit noisy during the night and we could listen to the noise from the other room’s bathroom.

Cons: Small rooms and not given rooms together despite booking together Small rooms particularly the bathroom Very noisy room above wok is up from 5am and it sounded like the roof was going to come in. Lift very small and took she’s to arrive.

Very Nice and Close to...

Pros: The room was a good size, clean, and well-decorated. The bed was comfortable as well. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary toiletries provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a quick check in and check out. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to Paddington Station, restaurants and other shops. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future should we visit the city again.

Cons: The hotel is located on a busy street, however, it was still very nice overall, despite the traffic noise being an issue.

Pros: cheap hotel. you get what you pay for. if you are only using it as a base as I did, ( Went to a football match), then this is for you.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a decent t standard and comfortable. And it was a quiet location.

Cons: There was no hairdryer in the room. The drain in the shower cubicle was blocked and water was over spilling out of the tray. On closer Inspection was due to hair in the drain/filter. The room was very hot and no option to turn the heating down. The cooling fan was not strong enough. I felt breakfast could have also been included in the price.
