Cons: Old wardrobe with broken door in the room wasnt fixed by request. Absence of frying pan, cutting board and wine glasses in the kitchen set.

Over all we were very satisfied with our stay and would come back again

Pros: The recepionist was very polite and spoke english as well as french. He gave clear instructions how use the different codes for parking and room door. The additional kitchen in the room is super to prepare your own meal and save some money.

Cons: The bothroom mirror cabinet is quite old and its lights are not working.

Pros: Although Diamant Suites is outside of the city centre, it is very easily reached via public transport. Several buses plus the number 7 premetro line stop within a short distance at the Diamant and George Henri stations, and these all interconnect with the rest of the system, making the Suites an ideal location for seeing what Brussels has to offer. The reception was manned when we arrived, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms are secured by a number coded lock, as is the front door, adding to security. Access was easy, with both stairs and a lift. Noise was minimal, with no hint of traffic noise from the front (except when the protesting farmers drove past!). We had a studio with a garden view, which was a good size, containing a very comfortable king size bed, two armchairs, a couple of tables and a wardrobe, all we needed for our stay. The view was as you'd expect, taking in a large grassed garden area and the backs of the houses on the adjacent streets. There are plenty of shops nearby, including several Carrefour Expresses and an Aldi, plus takeaways. The kitchenette was adequate for our needs, with a microwave, two electric hotplates and a sink, with a good size fridge and a dishwasher. The room was very clean, including the shower and the toilet and the full size bath. All in all, it was warm, comfortable, and ideal for our purposes, and if we return to Brussels, the Diamant Suites will be first on our list for accommodation.

Cons: We had only a couple of small niggles; firstly, there was a bit of a bad smell in the lift, but there had been flooding in the area, and the smell was intermittent, so it was probably beyond the staff's control. Secondly, the building interior is being renovated, and we arrived back one evening to find ourselves unable to get into our room due to furniture from other rooms blocking the door. However, the men working on the renovations were very apologetic and removed the blockage very quickly and in good humour, so again, it was only a very minor hiccup in an otherwise fantastic stay.

Pros: 5 mins for bus and tram stations, nice room

Cons: Reception only 9:00 till 21:00 Towels change only once every 3 days We asked for extra towels but we didn't get them, last day the told us that we should get them in the reception and no one will get into the room to replace them because this is an apartment hotel (fair explanation but we didn't know that we should get them, most days we were leaving before 9am and coming back after 9pm)

Pros: Very spacious apartment. Ms. Vivi in charge of the breakfast and kitchen was very welcoming, always with a smile and willing to help and serve. She is a highly quality professional which made our stay memorable.

A surprising hotel :/

Pros: Breakfast was good few choice but enough to enjoy in morning

Cons: Arrived at 3pm and be8ng front of open door with bi.g bag on ground and waiting for room cleaning then calling reception, earing "OK we'll come " waiting 15min then have to get down to 1st floor to ask explanation. Then getting another room cleaned fast and dicovering the last day a used condom bag under the bed ><"" Also the room itself was used maybe a bit of paint in the bath could be made, fixing the broken plugs also. I think owned need to think about renovating room a bit. For this price it's a bit over priced :/

Pros: Great room, realy quiet neighborhood, connected by metro or bus. Not close from city center but very easy to get. I would recommend it if you don't mind being a bit far.
