  Pros: It is beautiful and I see why it is a destination for many! Our rooms were decorated adorably. The pool is great and so warm for a chilly night! We loved hearing the frogs croak while swimming.

  Cons: There is a lot that is dated. The sink plugs didn’t work so we had to take them out. The carpet could probably use a replacement. Some of the furnishings seemed a bit worn and could probably be updated. I also have to say that the café was ridiculously overpriced.

  Cons: Paper thin walls, could hear every single word from next door. Every damned word. Ridiculous, regardless how old the place is. Particularly odd after being instructed, in no uncertain terms by the front desk czar, that under no circumstances are parties permitted, no loud noises, no this, no that. And oh yes, we have no tv service.

  Pros: The beds were nice and soft, toilet had a heated seat, which was obviously a hit. The restaurant was very nice and food was tasty, there was live music that people danced to, this was a pleasant experience.

  Cons: Ice machine outside was so loud I thought it produced ice right inside my brain. Not a very nice experience next to all the "couples" rooms. Vending machine said the drink will be 3 dollars and my card was charged 8. There was no body wash in the shower container, and the chips of paint were lying on the floor. Breakfast card wasn't changed after the last tenants, so we couldn't order even if we wanted to. Checkout is 12, but we were woken up at 9 by the maid that didn't take "come later" for an answer and still came in. Again, maybe it's the ice machine that prevented her from hearing what we yelled. It's all obviously small things, but would still prefer to have good service in a "destination" place
