    Disappointing

    This Motel 6 would have...

    Cons: Room service or the lack thereof. We didn't get clean towels and we had to purchase them out of pocket. Very disappointing.

    Pros: The fact that my husband and I had to go buy towels because none were clean and no one cleaned our room was a horrible look.

    Why are they still in...

    Pros: If possible, I would give this place a negative 0.
    Cons: I had to change rooms and request a refund because of cleanliness issues. Room 211 had noticeable mold in the restroom, and in Room 303, there were traces of bedbug residue on the walls by in the restroom and by the mirror on wall and adjacent to the bed. The stairwell has an unpleasant odor reminiscent of urine and aging. The front desk attendant seemed oblivious when I mentioned the presence of mold, as if he had no knowledge of what mold was.

    Pros: Literally nothing it was bad.
    Cons: As soon as we got there there was toilet paper down the hallways with tubes extracting the sewage out of a room and had covered the hallways with it.

    Disappointing

    Would I stay again ?...

    Pros: The property was close to all the places we needed to visit. The male overnight clerk is AMAZING!! Beds were comfortable and pillows were amazing. Great that I could bring my pet.
    Cons: The elevator smells like a nursing home & pet urine. The carpets need to be replaced all throughout the hotel. The shower in our room barely had any pressure unless you play with the faucet for awhile. Towels were yellow and room smelled like there may have been a mold problem before. We were on the 3rd floor and the windows have NO way to open so if there is a fire you are screwed. The hotel itself smells horrible but coming in from the front desk you wouldn't notice until you hit the elevator and that is when the smell hits you. People let their animals urinate in the elevator and expected the staff to clean it up. We took it upon ourselves to clean it twice so that we didn't have to bother the gentleman at the front desk.

    Cons: The room we got has roaches and the toilet kept getting stopped up, so we were assigned a different room which was a little better. My husband and I bought cleaning products to clean the bathroom. The towels were dirty. The wifi was not working.
