    Cons: Booked delux queen suite online (on the site it shows a delux queen has a jet soaker tub) I confirmed THREE seperate times to make sure I did in fact have the delux queen room got into the room and it was just a small average room

    Central location with beautiful Fraser...

    Pros: Nice location. Overlooking Fraser river and the city of New Westminster from room 903. Comfortable bed and pillows. Soft bath robes. Within walking distance from New Westminster Skytrain Station taking straight into downtown Vancouver or across the Fraser River and into the city of Surrey.
    Cons: Additional charges for parking, plus tax. Would be nice if parking is included.

    Pros: clean restaurant is attached to hotel
    Cons: bed is uncombable (on the hard side...if you like hard beds you will like it) hotel is looking run down no where to get water/drinks/snacks ( front desk said we can walk to store the is near by but is closes at 8pm) for quality of room , you can get a better price at near by hotels

    Pros: View was lovely and the room was very comfiatble.
    Cons: We received a welcome email which was nice. It offered additional services such as in room massages - however when we went to front desk to book we were told they don't offer anymore and were directed a a location across the street. It's ok that it is not offered anymore but why send out the email to begin with with false information - I would recommended the welcome email gets updated.
