Pros: The hotel was clean and nice. The entrance is beautiful. My family felt safe with yhe location of the hotel.

Cons: Check-in took well over 25 minutes. First night, my children went swimming; and they were yelled at by an employee to get out. It was 11:10, and the pool closed at 11 pm. I had stepped out to request towels, and he yelled at them twice. I had told him as he walked in that we were leaving. I just had to get towels. When I went to the front desk to request towels, the older gentlemen was not very nice and gave me the impression that I was a bother. I waited another 10 minutes. There were 3 employees at the front desk, and they proceeded to just go among their regular business. It wasn't until i asked again when two of them were walking off that by that time, my 3 children were walking out wet because the man was not nice at all. After this incident, I just had my children walk up to the room wet. The two employees from the front desk stood next to the elevators and had a conversation about "what did she want us to do? We are not housekeeping." I stood and listened until they noticed me, in which they follwed me and asked," Oh, did you still need the towels?" Upon check out, an alcoholic beverage had been charged to my room, and I waited 30 minutes to get it taken care of. I feel like ID'ing guests at the dinner would be a great idea!

Pros: Easy check in and out. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean.

Cons: The only thing that we had a hard time with was the tv. The tv was slow to respond to the remote.

Pros: Beds were comfy, room was kept clean while we were there.

Cons: The hallway between the parking garage and hotel/elevator were freezing. The door is unsecured so literally anyone can walk into the hotel. Paying to park seems ridiculous and is now $20/night even though the third party booking said it was less. Hotel did not honor it. The pool was also cold and no hot tub on premises.

Pros: The second room they put me in was upgraded, quiet, and clean. Room service breakfast was beautiful and tasty.

Cons: The first disappointment was the indoor pool was closed. This was the main reason I booked this particular hotel. Second disappointment was my first room smelled like cigarettes. While walking to my new room, I encountered a drunk man passed out on the floor of the vending machine room on the 11th floor at 3pm, which made me feel a little uneasy. Last, a ceiling tile was popped off and giant trash can outside my room to catch water. Classy...

Pros: The Team member who checked us in was a nice gentleman and made sure we were taken of with what ever we needed .He was the best.I will be flying back to Denver in March and this where I will be staying.The only problem I had was 20 Dollar fee for e parking my rental car over nite.I think that fee should be waved, or not charge at all.I enjoyed my stay..
