    Cons: The picture of the room on booking and then checking into something completely different. The mildew smell. The bathroom setup is weird. . Noisy. Like real noisy non existent Wi-Fi like had to leave the room to get anything

    The staff were well organized, Very few things not to like or molesta mucho

    Pros: Location - I came back to the hotel for the location. There are the little buses to where I won't to go. Excellent farmacia next door - a huge plus for me. Grocery store. Same staff.

    Pros: Great hotel, v central, 10 mins walk to ado bus station, friendly staff, huge bed, room quiet, great one night stay.
    Cons: Rather short on electrical sockets. 2 in total, one by the sink, one totally hidden under a table! Other than that, no complaints.

    Some pros, some cons... worth your money!

    Pros: The hotel is excellent located. A 5-10 min. walk to the ADO bus terminal (buses to other cities and the airport) and 2 minutes from the next supermarket and the bus stop for local public transport within cancun (beaches...). The first room I was quartered in had a funny smell (humidity), so they moved me to another room without any complication. The room was good for my two-day stay and since I needed nothing from them I had no problems with the front-desk. I add this, because some people commented on that. I just noted, that the front-desk staff was always busy with something and didn't pay much attention to me comming in or leaving, No problem for me though! Beside one time I always had hot water. They agreed, to store my luggage at my last day (some ppl commented here they would refuse to do it).
    Cons: The hotel is a bit dated, but it was fine for me. It really depends on what you expect and are used to. What I really can't understand is, how the hotel is not having a sufficient amount of clothes hangers. I travelled alone, but you could have booked the room for up to three people. When I asked for more hangers they told me, "there should be two in your room", like that could possibly be anywhere near the amount a traveller needs for his clothes (or even three travellers). There is a safe inside the 60-70 cm narrow closet, which I didn't use. But the installation of the safe is just stupidly where your clothes would be supposed to hang (if there were enough hangers). One afternoon i haven't had hot water.

    Excellent location, comfortable room.

    Pros: Excellent location, right by large supermarket, restaurants and bus to the hotel zone. The room was large and comfortable with good aircon. Quality towels, comfortable bed and pillows.
    Cons: Terrible Wi-Fi.

    Good location but quiet during the night which is a bonus.

    Pros: Good location, friendly staff, they do have laundry facilities. Was quiet during the night.
    Cons: The room had a weird smell which we were able to fix with putting the aircon on for a bit.
