    Pros: The room is big enough for two people and the beds are comfortable enough, everything is clean and well maintained, great view from the room, the breakfast is diverse and tasty, despite the size of the hotel is quite and peaceful, the staff waited for us until the last moment of the reservation, because we were late a lot.
    Cons: There isn't windows in the room and the air conditioner couldn't be controlled from the room, there is no terrace and no fresh air in the room, the hotel is very big for only 2 elevators and you have to wait a lot to take the elevator.

    Pros: The staff was kind and polite, willing to help. It was clean. The breakfasts was nice.
    Cons: The air conditioning was broke and we couldn't turn it on. We had to call reception but there was no number mentioned nowhere. So we should walk down to reach the staff. The elevator is only one and very slow for this huge hotel and we shoul wait way too long to get on it every time. Especially in the mornings when everyone is going to breakfast. Very small parking for the facility. One of the evenings we should drive around the block in orger to find the place to park the car.

    Cons: The smell of cigarettes everywhere, even in the room. Bathroom was very run down and when you shower, the floor floods.

    Superb

    Pros: Awesome place to stay in Burgas, very clean, good location, close to everything by walk or you can simply take the public transportation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with variety of fresh food, fruits and Bulgarian breakfast delicatessen. Price is very reasonable. Recommended
    Cons: The room does not have a window, sometimes the air circulation is inefficient. The AC is the central so you can adjust but sometimes it is not efficient.
