Good location in city centre.

Pros: Great location near by the ADO bus terminal. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Air con worked well.

Cons: Hotel is old and bathroom was quite bad. Our room didn't look same as picture.

Pros: Close to the bus station. Is four blocks from mercado twenty eight.

Cons: No hot water. The hotel was only filled with Middle Eastern men. All filling the lobby and on the staircases and in the hallways on second and third. They were all on their phones and it was really unnerving. Definitely not a place for women to go to! T v remote did not work. Could not use the pool because it was only filled with middle eastern men and you didn't feel comfortable. I definitely cannot recommend this hotel.

Pros: The location is great if you come by bus or by plane, because it is nearby the ADO bus station, you can esily reach on foot. Easy to find, lot of restaurants abd shops nearby. And they have a pool!

Cons: WiFi was only available in public areas which is a bit out of date.

Pros: the staff including the men on reception were all nice and helpful There is a shop across the road for groceries and a nice little cafe - Red Rooster I think the name was - for breakfast.

Cons: I booked this place because it was a short walk from the bus station. Which is was. I did check to see if there were any other hotels of the same name and I couldn't see any nearby. I arrived late at night and the taxi said he knew it but took me to the wrong hotel so I had to pay 2 taxis. Not the hotels fault but a warning to others. The hotel was grubby and grim. Dirty room, the bathroom was not clean, even the walls were dirty. It was quite large. It was ground floor right on the street though so couldn't open a curtain except early in the morning. When I was laying in bed with the light off the ceiling looked grubby too.

Pros: The location, the pool, the staff. The staff were very helpful and courteous at all times.

Cons: The room was clean but run down, it needs some care. The WiFi was terrible, only available outside the room in certain areas, which was extremely uncomfortable because it was hot, lacking of privacy, and you were a meal for the mosquitoes. A few minutes there and you ended up covered in bites.

Pros: Good customer service. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons: Rooms are ok for a one night stay. You can hear everything thats going on outside. You can hear the guests in the side rooms. Water pressure was sooooo slow, frustrating. There is only 4 or 5 parkings, if there is no spot on those you have to drive around and find parking somewhere else ( on the street). No elevator
