    Pros: Cheap rate
    Cons: They had an issue with my booking.com reservation which took multiple calls and 30 minutes to resolve. They checked me into a room that hadn't been cleaned (food in trash, bed unmade, spilled liquid on furniture). Bed mattress was worn out and concave.

    Pros: The staff we're really friendly
    Cons: My room had stains on the carpet. Had a musty smell, not sure if from the humidity but wasn't pleasant. Noticed other furniture in dining area with stains as well. Breakfast was pretty basic. The door latch was broken although they recommend to lock it for safety on their key cards. If you plan on hanging out near downtown is usually a 15 min uber ride and can add up

    Pros: The staff are friendly. The facility was peaceful and in a great central location. Also the location is well lit at night. The location is safe and secure.

    Cons: No where on site did it say bar was closed on Monday/Tuesday. Air Conditioner not very cool even at 60. No bed side lamps so getting up at night was a chore and lastly no hot water only warm

    Pros: the room was okay. it didnt reflect the pictures shown on the booking site.
    Cons: high crime rate , someones car was burglarized right next to my car.

    Pros: I've stayed there three times now in the span of two months - it's location is great, there's free parking, the staff are lovely, the common area is open 24/7, and the rooms are clean and super trendy.
    Cons: I used to love staying at Hotel Ylem, but I was really disappointed in this last stay. I made it clear that I was on a business trip and needed a room with a desk, and they couldn't move me at all for the 2 weeks I was there! The room had no bedside lamp, and when I asked for one they said they would see what they could do, and no one followed up or helped out. The fridge in the room was playing up and kept freezing everything, so food had to be wasted. Plus the lobby/reception smelt of weed whenever I came back in the evening. I'm genuinely really upset about this last stay, because I expected better of Hotel Ylem.
