Absolutely loved it, will definately...

Pros: Absolutely loved the location, and the amazing view. The staff was really nice. I went for a room with balcony looking out at the city skyline. And they totally delivered: such an amazing view of the San Francisco Skyline, - looking eastwards so the sunrise would be seen when waking up every morning. This was really what I was looking for, and it was beyond my expectations. Absolutely adored my stay.

Cons: On overall: it really was a fantastic stay, so please see these tips of advice as very minor things. I do would like recommend the following. First: The breakfast when delivered at the room. This was all jumbled toghether in one bag. And not even a plate (plastic or paper) was added. So I had to eat from the box where everything was just jumbled in together. Personally I think it would be a nicer presentation (also from the perspective and experience of the guest) to seperate the different breakfast-ingredients (potatoes, sausages, eggs etc) in different boxes, and add plates - giving it a more civilized feel. Secondly: even though the balcony was really awesome, they had two old metallic chairs that were really dirty, so I had to clean them first - and put a towel over it, not to get my own clothes dirty. Third: there was a nice i-pad like thing showing some information about the hotel and facilities. But it was difficult to handle: it showed there were several venues to have dinner, but was not clear on what floor to find them, or where to find the menu, and what the opening/closing times were (where is the breakfast location?). Also I had to unplug it- and shut it down, as every night it would update software and filled the room with an eery blue light. Again, my stay was awesome, and these suggestions are very minor - but I think they might upgrade the feel of the stay a lot- with some very minor changes.

Pros: Bed was comfortable, slept like a baby. The room was clean and nicely designed. The location was ok, my only complaint was that all my favorite stores in the vicinity were closed. I came to to conference which was great.

Cons: I didnt like that the stores I like were all closed. I didnt like that there was so much dog poop on the road but thats not the fault of the hotel.

Cons: I found the rooms small for the price and not fully exceptionally clean. There were some areas in the bathroom that were taped up and looked slightly bleh. For the price for the room per night, I found it to be overly costly, and the location was questionable.

Pros: room was quiet and comfortable. bar in the lobby was a cool feature. staff were lovely.

Cons: not really in a pleasant location and no restaurant, in a property that size!!! check-in was way too long, especially when the hotel knew they were hosting a conference.

Pros: the location was great!!! the parking was on the pricey side however, the location was great! the staff was friendly! the balcony was great! it was such a great view!!!the breakfast was great.

Cons: THE PARKING IS wayy TOO MUCH!!! the parking literally cost more than the actual! car rental! ITSELF!

Disappointing

Cons: The room was small and the decoration was old. The soundproofing was poor. You could hear strange noises during the day and night, which seemed to come from the water pipes. We booked a room with a view on the 29th floor. The check-in staff said that we could see the Golden Gate Bridge. But all we saw was the view of the homeless camp.
