Pros: this is the most comfy hotel within this area, It's always my first choice to stay when we need to overnight at Kampar. The only thing i would like to highlight is the breakfast time change from 6:30am to 7am which makes me a bit rushed because i need to leave before 7:15am for my trip. i really like breakfast especially the nasi lemak therefore i have to eat fast before time. Luckily the kitchen staff were punctual and the food was ready before 7am. thank you

The price paid was not worth it for my staying.

Pros: I like the room facilities & the arrangement for extra bed once we checked in to the hotel.

Cons: I don't like the service in the kitchen area at all. So bad. Food for "Sahur", small portion of chicken was almost rotten. During breakfast, we paid extra RM32 for both my children, but the ready food was not enough for the remaining hotel customer at that time was 9.00 am. The hotel should have another planning especially during festive season. One more thing, there must an appointed person to do the cleaning for outdoor table/chair let say the indoor table/indoor were occupied because the staff suggested to us to go outdoor area. That why the hotel should have contingency plan like I said. I frustrated because I bring a long my father that using wheelchair which the outdoor area so dirty, no proper arrangement, not user friendly for elderly to use that area. Last thing, when we tried call front desk, there was no pickup. My husband had to went down just to asking something, troublesome.
