    Exceptional

    Pros: We love that there is valet, and that it is right on Fremont street. The staff are always very nice. The food court is awesome, and the rooms are very comfortable. we love it here
    Cons: If the slots were a bit looser, make it easier to win. It would be nice if Dunkin Donuts was a little cheaper, I understand its in a hotel, but its pricey.

    Pros: Great location, modern look and feel to the entire property (casino, restaurants, and rooms), fantastic staff, and included valet parking.
    Cons: Our corner king room was a bit tight! It was a quite a bit smaller than other rooms in our hall.

    Pros: The location with the Fremont Street experience
    Cons: The bathroom in our room..supposedly we were given an upgrade due to late arrival and our room was given away. we had a shower with wheelchair access and I just couldnt enjoy my shower knowing water was going onto the floor.

    Pros: The room seemed to be recently updated and was nice! The air conditioning was great. Nothing was gross or dirty.
    Cons: The shower was nice but so small and difficult to turn on without getting wet since it was jammed beside the sink.

    Pros: Very very clean rooms, restaurants ,bathrooms where the cleanest in all the area! Your staff at registration was so pleasant! We will definitely book here again! Valet service excellent as well .
    Cons: NO ! Well maybe there is I would of liked to dip in the pool being that the weather was very hot I was told it had a leak n was being repaired otherwise I would say no.

    Pros: Location, most of the staff, decent room. Gouged on price because of demand of course and lastly resort fees are a scan and should be included in room price.
    Cons: Put us right next to the Fremont experience which was loud. I can deal with it but many could not. There are still puke or something around the toilet hinges and crumbs in the fridge cubboard (a LOT). TV came blaring on at 6am first day and staff no help.

    Pros: Staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating to our needs.
    Cons: This was suppose to be a non smoking room but there was always the smell of smoke in our room. Not necessarily in our room but from other rooms on the floor which made its way to our room. Used towel at bottom of door to help keep small out. Didn't help

    Pros: Right on Fremont Street. Our 2nd time there. We love it. The staff are so nice and the rooms are awesome. The valet parking is the best, and the food court is so good
    Cons: The bathroom wasnt completely clean when we arrived, but give it 9 out 10 stars.

    Pros: Nothing because I couldn't go anywhere due to COVID and you guys decided not to refund me anything even though I contacted you 3 days ahead of time per YOUR cancellation rules. You and Fremont Hotel are a bunch of con artists.
