Pros: Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Very convenient location. Close to visit my family, shopping, and eating out.

Cons: Confusion of what we needed as for trash taken out, towels and when to change beds half way thru the week. I had a difficult time understanding what the girls were asking.

Pros: The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Check in was easy.

Cons: The place was literally falling apart. The elevator was and had been broken for a bit. There was only 1 stair case that was available, and you had to walk by all the smokers outside. Only 1 ice machine worked. Breakfast was disappointing. Wish I could post more pictures of the outside as there were so many issues on the bottom floor.

Convenient & Comfortable

Pros: Easy to book and select room type. Room size was great with all the basic amenities. Good Location, close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Pillows are strangely squashed into their pillow-cases and were, generally, uncomfortable.

Nightmare on Tamiami St

Pros: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Cons: Upon arrival our check in was with a computer face timing with some lady from India. She quoted me $25 dollars for pet fee in which turn out to be $35 upon checkout. When entering my room with my family we all smelled a heredous musty oder with an attempt to cover it up with some cheap commercial cleaning solution. The carpet felt damp and everything looked cheap and thrown together. The small fridge sat on a plastic tray with 2 PCs of composite decking material underneath which wobbled back and fourth making it hard to close or even keep the door closes. The phone didn't work when we tried to use it to call the desk when our tv didn't work for an our due to lost signal. The shower and toilet are in one room while the sink is outside the door forcing you to have to get dressed in the shower toilet area which is like changing in a phone booth terrible. Try this with your 84 yr old mother in law need I say more. Not once did room service come and turn the beds, or even empty the garbage, I took it out Musella. We had to ask for fresh towels., and garbage bags to keep the place halfway descent. Breakfast was a complete joke. Days in should not be aloud to say they serve breakfast because a coffee machine, prebagged danishes, and a fake pancake machine doesn't constitute breakfast, they are snacks to hold you over. Also the pool was old and dirty didn't even want to sit there and relax. Pet friendly NOT! There was no are to really walk your dog the dog poop bag station was empty and the poop had to be thrown out in the garbage cans by the rooms because there wasn't a can were the poop bags were supposed to be. Last but not least our quote from booking.com was not honored with them telling me they didn't know why we were quoted that. DO NOT USE THESE DAYS IN THEIVES. THEY ARE WAY OVERCHARGING FOR A COMPLETE RUN DOWN CRAPHOLE. IF YOU WANT QUALITY AND A PLACE WERE U GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR GO TO LA QUINTA THIS PLACE WAS FABULOUS.

Lack of Housekeping

Cons: The fact that housekeeping do not make the beds, nor empty the bins or refill the Tea/coffee - apartently they do it every 3 days - we were there for 3 nights and nothing.....shame as everything else was really satisfactory, and reception staff could not of been more helpful or friendly.

Pros: Central location

Cons: I had to rebook several times to be able to get a clean room - otherwise no room service. Also very noisy - almost unbearable for disabled, hotel renovation also very noisy and inconvenient. Breakfast ends 9:30 AM already. No chairs/tables on 2/3 floor

It was absolutely amazing and...

Pros: I absolutely loved everything about our stay, they were amazing to me and my family, and plus my sweet little Molly. Very clean, good breakfast, amazing coffee, and friendly staff. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to see my family

Cons: I have itchy red bumps on my body. I don't know if they are bed bugs. The breakfast was all sugary cereals and pastries. Not suitable for diabetics.
