    On the whole, the room...

    Pros: Well situated for our need. Bed was comfortable. Good seating area. Good air conditioning. Breakfast was good.
    Cons: Faulty switch on bed lamp. Bathtub did not drain. The bathroom steps were a hazard and the shower was not very accessible for an older person. Wifi did not work. We couldn’t work out how to use the tv and there were no instructions.

    Don't look at the rating,...

    Pros: What a diamond in the rough. I love this place. It can use a bit of an overhaul, but everything works, there's loads of room, great location, sweet staff. I don't understand why it is not the most popular place in the area
    Cons: They could do with a bit of cosmetic maintenance, but other than that it is amazing.

    Pros: Great value for money property Exceptionally quiet The restaurant staff and meal were sensational The coffee and muffin in the adjoining cafe was a great start to a long day. The staff in the cafe were also friendly, great atmosphere

    Look elsewhere for accommodation, It's...

    Pros: The location was great. The accommodation looked nice ...from the outside. Unfortunately it wasn't so great once you're inside.
    Cons: I booked room 534B on 20th January for a one night stay. This cost $152 so not really budget accommodation at all. First thing I noticed was no bin in the room or bathroom, but there was a full size ironing board in the cupboard?! The tap in the bathroom kept coming out and wasn't attached properly. The shower head was broken with water not coming out with much force. In the main bedroom there were stains on the carpet and one stain looked like it may have been blood. The bed was ripped on the edges. The smoke alarm was in the drawer and not working! It also smelled like stale cigarettes. To top off my stay, there was a cockroach crawling on the wall as I was trying to sleep. Will I stay here again? No chance.
