Great value for money

Pros: The pool was my family's favorite part of this hotel. Brunch was really good as well. We also loved the fitness centre.

Cons: The smell of my floor was a bit overwhelming but didn't extend to inside the room. The room was a little small. Not much room to walk between beds

Cons: The first room smelled like sewer and the computers were down for 2 days so check in was completely Manuel. It was a disaster.

It was good

Pros: Loved the pillows, the breakfast was good I left full, the room was nice and clean and great tub for a bath, and I liked that it had choices for dinner options and a gaming lounge. Conveniently located to other places if you wanted to leave the property. The pool looked wonderful from our room unfortunately we forgot our suits. I will be staying here for all my Calgary visits.

Cons: The only complaint I have is the swipe cards for the elevator, I struggled with those

Cons: I reached propery aroung 10 pm. They said they did not received my confrimation from booking.com. I had to wiat 45 minutes to check in with my daughter and preganent wife. We were tired. Frontdesk did not effort until I get upset and raise my voice. Frontdesk was talking with someone on phone on different country laungauge

Pros: This hotel is a regular stop for us. The renovated rooms are very comfortable and clean. The included breakfast is always good. Having access to a lounge and restaurant in the same facility is a bonus.
