Cons: Primarily we arrived and were offered four different rooms, the staff appeared totally unaware to which rooms we had payed for! The place was filthy, from start to finish, the only time we had breakfast in the place, we ordered and delivery to the table took two hours and pursuance of the order some four times, Simply put, this was the worst hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying in all the years I've used Booking.com further more I'd not only advise all travellers to avoid this place, I'd ask Booking.com if they hold any values of morality to remove this pig stye from its site....showers cold no pressure on water, dirty bathrooms, no daily cleaning, stained and dirty bed linen n much more

Cons: Dirty. Broken down. Roof coming off. Pool is not clean and should be condemned as its an awful green colour. Bathroom stinks like sewer. Shower is very slow to drain.

Cons: No water in the bathroom and even I told it to them 2 times and they told me that they will send a worker for fix it, the true is that I can not take a hot water in all the day due to the lack water because the worker didn't fix it until almost the 3 in the afternoon after of my advice to them very early in the morning and even in the previous day,only a little water went outside of the faucet.The extra mattress should not be so thin for the customers because it is bad for the back

Pros: The price was good. And check-in and check-out pretty easy. The floor tiles looked in pretty good shape. And though limited parking I was able to park in front.

Cons: The facilities are very dated. I recall that from a previous visit so I wasn't surprised. The food is pretty decent. However, I was looking forward to having one of their steaks but they weren't serving any that evening. It's either because of the bad weather or limited occupancy.

Cons: All the rest..the door is hard to open and lock, cr is not so clean, faucet is busted its leaking, no knob for shower. Worst hotel room i ever had encountered. Im a traveler and that was the worst room i had ever been. I won't recommend it. We were deceived by the pictures. Expectations versus reality.

Pros: the location - beachfront - and the small pool where my small nephews can play/swim.

Cons: the facilities are old. I have stayed on this resort a few times the past 8 years and it has gone so bad compared to what it was before. The bathroom has cockroaches (huge ones). The shower head holder is broken. We booked 3 rooms and where we stayed is the better one, where my brothers stayed is less desirable. My sister in law asked for another water kettle because she found the one in their room dirty. She was told by the staff to just clean the kettle instead. The fridge in their room was dirty according to my brother that they didn't dare put the kids' food/drinks in there.
