Cons: Check in was not great, told room not available when we had asked for an early check in and told it would be available. We left the resort and then got a text that the room was ready and it was only about 3 minutes after we left. Could have been handled better. The floor in our room was not clean. Bare feet would turn black walking on the floor.

Over priced and overrated!

Pros: The amount of pools it had and the oasis was ok. It wasn’t the best for the price we paid. We expected so much more!

Cons: As you walk in there is a candy bar by sink, PLEASE DONT EAT THOSE CANDIES! They charge $4 per candy bar and $6 per water bottle! THEY ARE NOT COMPLIMENTARY. As a matter of fact NOTHING IS COMPLIMENTARY! Breakfast is NOT INCLUDED. We requested room service, when we came back beds were made with the same sheets. New ones weren’t provided. They did not give us new towels or toiletries. Floors were not swept and not mopped. Toilet was not cleaned, there was STILL hair on the floor from when we got there. We paid $2000 for 3 nights and it was NOT what we expected. We’ve been to Home 2 Suites and paid $800 for 5 nights and they treat us so much better. This place is overpriced and overrated. Save yourself the money.

The water park made the...

Pros: The room was a good size, the room service was fast and good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Lobby Grill staff was exceptional and the food was good. The Oasis water park was great. It was great to have a pool right outside of our room to go to when the Oasis closed at 5PM.

Cons: Getting to the Sedona of the Arizona Grand was challenging especially at night when we had never been there. The parking lot is a maze and we never really figured out the best way in and out of the Sedona area. They had main entrances to the area blocked off either with huge flower pots or barriers. Room service closed early at 10PM, we got in about 11PM and couldn't order anything. The room itself, walls, fold out couch etc. were out dated. Seems it could use some wall fixings and touch up paint. The extra blanket was dirty with hair. I had to ask for clean blankets. The fold out couch mattress needs replacing. We could feel the springs of the fold out couch through the mattress.

Pros: This is one of the best Hotels in the Tempe area. Check-in was swift, cleanliness of room was excellent, pool areas was excellent and water park area was absolutely awesome. Staff was friendly throughout the resort.
