A really modern 4 star hotel with colonial decor; great staff and accommodation for our driver.

Pros: The breakfast was first class (though nearly every Sri Lankan breakfast was really good); great choice of full English, fruit juices, fresh fruit (mango papaya etc), pastries and coffee. This was excellent.

Cons: There were no shortcomings in this venue.

Cons: First of all, the description of the room assigned to me on the 1st floor was different than what heave been advertised in Booking.com: there were no city view, no landmark view, and no garden view!!. I complained about this and changed to a same room on the same location at 2nd floor!!! In addition,I specifically booked this hotel to benefit from the spa and its facilities that were mentioned in Booking.com. However, I went there everyday, during my stay and couldnt find anyone. I called many times, but there were no responses. Moreover, I called the receptionist asking about the spa, but the action was just transferring me to them with no reply from the spa. Furthermore, I suffered from the noice that was coming from the workshops beneath the room, and during the night sometimes, such as cutting wood and steel. I send a message to the management but I didnt receive any response from them. Finally, I was disappointed too much, since I thought may stay in Nuwara Ella would be much enjoyable. I came to relax and feel calmness and cool in this beautiful city, but the wind went against my wishes

Luxuries and worth it

Pros: Hotel facilities are up to top knot. Especially food were presented with broad verities of different cuisines and tastes. Temperature controlled swimming pool is great value add for the stay.

Cons: I would suggest to have another FOH lift facility since hotel is having few wings but only two lifts at the center of the building.

Overall it was an awesome stay

Pros: The staff was amazing , from reception to the room service. There was an awesome person at the Restaurant, Krishna He was very helpful and take care of all the guests and try his level best to full fill the needs of the guests. I would say hes an awesome person.

Cons: Nothing that I dislike But the fish curry was not that good and the choices of food items are less. Almost similar everyday. If you can improve that then its better

Cons: Business feeling not for tourists at all.Breakfast only local food(big variety) but not international.it is called Green but it is on a road and when you open the window you smell the cars and buses..Feeling trapped in a Business room..beware the prices online.

City Center stay with a good feel of Nuwara Eliya

Pros: A nice property with close proximity to city center and a 5 minute drive to Gregory Lake. The staff were friendly and cooperative, rooms allocated to us were very comfortable.

Cons: Dinner & breakfast could have been better - options were limited
