Pros: This hotel exceeded our expectations. The price was great, the room was so cozy, clean & had convenient accommodations. We had no clue there was a pool, and it was a super cool pool with TWO hot tubs. We didnt use them since we had the executive suite with the jacuzzi tub which was absolutely amazing. The location was awesome! Across the street from downtown with lots of restaurants, cool shops & historical sites. The breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly. All around wonderful visit, cant wait to come again and bring our kiddos.

Pros: It was awful and we paid cash the first day for a suite they still owe us a 50 dollar deposit the next two days they charged our card for and we had left st 9am

Pros: Theres a pool and hot tubs. The location was perfect for us. I also like that the pool was heated.

Cons: The room I had needs some maintenance upkeep on it. The bathtub was missing pieces the hand rail thing was out and you could tell. The bath tub also didnt have a plug to keep water in the bath. One of the hot tubs did not work. They didnt have any towels out in the pool area.

I was charged 77$ but then told they couldnt honor my stay. I am still waiting on a refund almost

Cons: I booked the room for a friend and it was 77$ I was told when I arrived that I needed my name on the reservation even though I was booking it for them I added my name and then was told even though I used a card that I needed to put a deposit. I told her to use the card I had made the reservation with. I had used a virtual card because I was waiting on my bank to reissue my card. She said she couldnt do that because the booking site uses a different number so I gave her a different card that had my name on it to verify along with my license to which she told me I needed to use the same card but she had no idea what card it was because the way the booking process worked. So how would it matter or how would she know if it was the same card or not she told me she had no way of knowing but somehow that changed when I gave her my card and ID then she proceeded to ask if I was allowed or if my guest I was booking for were allowed on property. I told her yes and in fact I had stayed there for 3 weeks in between my moving to a new location after a few more minutes if her (the owners wife) making excuses and whatever she was doing she decided to not honor my reservation. So I asked for her to cancel the reservation and return my money to which I was told some excuse about it had to be done through the website I sent several emails to both but have yet to receive the 77$ I paid. I dont know who to contact I have sent messages to booking and attempted to send messages to the apple tree. I dont think I will be making anymore reservations I will still with comfort lodge from now on might be more costly but its worth it for better customer service and better quality rooms and all involved. Please advise me on the best step to get my payment refunded.

Feel like I was mislead about my room size. Not a terrible stay.

Pros: Cool facility in the lobby and pool areas. It's close to the movies and bars/restaurants.

Cons: Their website advertised an executive suite with only 7 photos. I was pleased with these photos and paid extra to book the suite. Upon check-in, I discovered my suite was much smaller than the advertised photos. I spoke to the front desk, who was polite, and was told they have 3 executive suites. All various sizes. As the advertised suite was occupied, I had no choice but to keep the smaller suite. It was difficult to socialize in the small space, which would've been the same as a normal room and a lot cheaper.

Pros: I didn't like anything. The shower was filthy an full of hair. The carpets was dirty. The lighting sucked. The TV was tiny. It said it was suppose to have a microwave in the room an it didn't. The continental breakfast was sparse with very dirty eating area. An the place was full of meth heads.

Cons: Everything, I wish I could have left, but I still would have been charged.
