Pros: The room was clean and a good size. The staff were very helpful. The ladies in the breakfast room took care of all the guests in a caring manner.

Cons: I have no complaints at all. Would stay here again on a return trip.

Pros: On arrival we were given an upgrade because it we were in London for my daughter's 18th birthday. I had asked at time of booking if its possible for a birthday banner to be put up in room but they had actually blown up ballons! Great surprise! Kevin at reception was very kind and friendly too. Very helpful! Lovely breakfast served by a lovely kind lady who's name we didn't get unfortunately. Plenty of choice too. Comfortable room on ground floor with access to a little courtyard which would be lovely to sit out in the summer time.

Cons: The only thing was our TV signal would be lost frequently but not important. We were able to leave bags in reception after checkout until we were ready but I feel a more secure area would be better if possible.

Pros: Was just a quick pitstop in London but this hotel was perfect; quick check in, nice comfortable bed in a clean room, clean bathroom, superb WiFi and a quality full English breakfast in the morning. Staff super friendly and helpful. Hotel location is lovely, surrounded by big trees and Hyde Park behind you. Just a 2 minute walk to a selection of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. 3 minutes to Paddington station. Perfect whether you're travelling for business or leisure. Hotel even has a cute little sauna which was amazing, and a surprise to me! Will be back!

Pros: It is very convenient, close to Hyde Park, the underground, stores, and restaurants. The breakfast was good; it was a traditional breakfast with eggs, bacon, beans, toast, and tomatoes. The room was clean and warm, and the beds were comfy. The personnel was polite and helpful.

Cons: We had a room with 3 beds. The room was tiny, with limited space for three beds. We had two suitcases and had difficulty finding a place to put them. The hotel does not have an elevator; we did not have any problem with that, but it can be helpful to keep in mind if you will stay in a room on the upper floors.

Ok for one night

Pros: Location was excellent, lots of nice restaurants around and very close to Paddington station. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Cons: The rooms were very small though, we only had small carry-ons with us, but it was almost impossible to walk. The bathroom was clean but there was no room to even sit on the toilet properly. Breakfast was alright in terms of available food, but it was extremely chaotic. There was not enough room for everyone to sit and the poor lady who was managing the breakfast was clearly stressed to take care of it all.

Pros: Location, 2 minutes walk from Paddington station. Could log in to my Netflix / Disney account on the television. Full English breakfast, not great but not bad. Good water pressure in shower. We checked out and staff were happy to keep our cases until we needed to collect them for our trip home. Very helpful.

Cons: Stairs - it's a listed building so no lift but I believe you can ask for a room on lower floor if stairs are an issue Breakfast finishes early (7.30 - 9.30), if you're not an early riser there are plenty of places close by for breakfast Bit of background music in breakfast room would be nice. Shower kept going from hot to cold but still a nice shower.
