June is your month for a whirlwind trip to the Big Apple! New York City is calling your name. This is the perfect vacation spot to connect to your inner artist; take in a Broadway show, or visit one of many incredible galleries and museums. Or head over to Chinatown and Little Italy to soak in the aromas and savor the spicy foods from local restaurants you love so much! The month of June you will be particularly drawn to the authenticity and diversity of varied cultures that have taken root in New York. One thing to keep in mind, mid-month June, whether you are taking an Aries-sized bite out of the Big Apple, or are at home, be sure not to overindulge!

Earthly Taurus, if you haven’t yet treated yourself to a birthday trip, consider New Orleans in June! The five-star cuisine and stunning architecture in the French Quarter will soothe your soul. While you are there be sure to connect to your earthbound roots! New Orleans has one of the largest urban parks in the country. City Park is 1,300 acre oasis within New Orleans. It boasts the world’s largest stand of Oak trees as the backdrop for lively concerts, gardening programs (perfect for earth-loving Taureans!), golf and even horseback riding. It will be especially important to stay grounded after June 10 through the end of the month as you may be inclined to blow with the wind.

Gemini: Curious Gemini, if you have not yet been to Austin you are missing the boat! June is a wonderful time of the year to take in the sights of Austin. Maybe on or around your birthday? Socially inclined Gemini’s may want to get a group of friends together to celebrate, or you and your partner can soak up some sun and fun, which is your specialty, Gemini! You are usually the life of the party, and this month will be no exception. The variety of things to experience in Austin will appeal to your changeable nature; nightlife, cuisine, live music, or float down the river. Being on or around water for your vacation will be particularly enjoyable for Gemini’s in June. June 15-20 be sure to take some time to slow way down, whether you are on vacation or not!

Cancer: June arrives and your birthday is just ahead! Watery and sensitive Cancers will love the warm and sunny coastal city of San Diego. Consider a trip to Reno this June. After having some fun in the casinos in town you can head for the transformative waters of Lake Tahoe. What more could a mysterious Scorpio want? The second deepest lake in the US with private spots for retreat is so up your alley! The entire month of June you will be more drawn to water than usual. Spend some time in a secluded spot at water’s edge to contemplate your next Scorpionic transformation. If you are feeling more adventurous you could tour the lake in a kayak or on stand-up paddle board.
