It was a nice place...

Pros: There was an orange tree in bloom/fruiting right by our room that smelled wonderful. The pool was right next to our studio suite which was great with our little one. The staff were so nice! The pool was amazing, although could use a clean and resurface. The kitchen in our room was updated with ample counter space.

Cons: Overall our room was fine. The kitchen could have had more dinnerware (there was only one normal sized bowl). The bathroom was old & dingy with mold build up on ceiling and under caulk, and build up behind toilet. The pull out bed couch for our daughter was laughable. Completely unleepable because of bars and thin mattress. She is short enough to have slept on the couch, so she did. We chose this location due to the restaurant onsite, which was closed on Tue/Wed (NOT listed on website). That was a bummer but we managed.

Pros: The location was amazing!

Cons: The unit we stayed in was quite dated, especially the kitchenette and bathroom. It was comfortable and clean except for the carpet which was stained and grungy looking.

Excellent Tennis Resort Connected

Pros: I loved the tennis resort this property is connected to. The pickleball courts were perfect. Walking to El Paseo street, it's the Palm Desert Rodeo Drive.

Cons: I paid for a fully equipped kitchen and confirmed there was an oven. No oven and hotel manager said if I wanted one it will be $90/day more. This hotel does not honor reservation well. I purchased groceries before I arrived and no oven screwed up our long vacation. And, I set my husband's tennis shoes outside on our patio and they were stolen.

It was a terrible experience and we would not use Booking.com again!

Pros: We didnt like it at all and we left after the first night.

Cons: The whole complex was old and run down. It was very hard to find the property. The room was dusty. The window shades were broken and didnt close.
