Outstanding views and service, food and room tech could be improved

Pros: Aptly named: the views from our room, restaurant and the pool were fantastic. The spa is gorgeous as is the pool area. The staff were absolutely delightful, very attentive and sincere.

Cons: Our TV didnt work - were not big TV addicts and enjoyed the views from our room most of the time but one movie night would have been nice. Staff tried hard to fix this but it needed an engineer - its just not something weve come across in other 5* star hotels. The bistro food was average at best especially room service.

Pros: I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time. This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.
