Pros: It was quiet and relaxing. The room was nice (except the bath tub looked really old and looked not clean). Otherwise the room was nice.

Pros: The hotel and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. I have stayed in many La Quinta and Wyndham hotels, this one was far and above the worst, except staff!

Cons: Room desperately needed an upgrade. There was water damage all around the bathtub that needed to be caulked and fixed. Sink and towel holder. Were in disrepair. Sheets were never changed. Only bed made, they had holes in them. Refrigerator barely worked.

Cons: They have poor customer service. Management was rude when I asked for a discount on my next stay cause they double charged me and haven't returned after a prior request to do so. Had to call twice and will have to wait 2 weeks formy money to get back tot

Cons: The check in clerk was so rude. Ive stayed at La Quinta for years and Ive never experienced the level of rudeness I did this last time. I did not feel safe at this location as there were many sketchy people hanging out at the property.

Cons: Our door to our room didnt shut properly The swimming pool and hot tub WERE FREEZING COLD AND NOT HEATED AS ADVERTISED!! Very disappointing as it looks great .we always book a hotel that has a heated pool your advertisment is totally misleading. Breakfast attendent spent more time chatting to reception staff instead of paying attention to the breakfast items which had ran out and needed refilling!

Cons: Just about everything.. not La Quntas I have stayed in all over the US from management to breakfast: rude Had to have a breakfast ix to prove you stayed there? cold eggs, many times or ran out of food. yogurt, bagels, etcs Bed sink middle, holes in bathroom wall, screen door broke to outside but didn't open curtains as was facing stairway folks walked passed. too many things to mention

Very disappointing unpleasant experience

Pros: Very friendly hard working staff they do their best with what they have to work with for instance the front desk in the evening has one person doing the work of three and she really does what she can and is cheerful. Several retail stores nearby and if youre looking for a convenient location to shop at a large discount department store and eat fast food. This hotel has very reasonable rates on their website so if price is your main consideration this hotel may be a good choice for you

Cons: My first room was disgusting it had large black smelly stains on the carpet and just plain worn out and dirty room. They were accommodating and moved us to a different room which was much better and they said it was their last room but maybe they could find something better in the morning but it still had a strong musty smell and my wifes allergies flared up and we had a rough night. I went and checked on my car and there was a woman that lived in her truck on one side but she was friendly and a suspicious looking couple on the other side and later there was a used condom where they were parked. There were many old cars and trucks in the lot. In the morning at 5 am the parking lot came alive and many of the vehicles had little or no mufflers it sounded like a demolition derby going on down there. At 6:30 am the landscapers start their gas blowers and lawn equipment and again its extremely loud and at 7:30 am housekeeping starts pounding on doors. This all sounds like its happening right in your room Breakfast is in a room with carpet thats covered with huge black stains and if you come a hour before 9 am most of the food is gone and the room is packed with people it seems no one skips breakfast at this hotel even the plates and watery yellow what may be possibly eggs were gone. I paid for a nice La Quinta room so I was very disappointed but if I had booked directly though the hotel I would have paid much less and it would have been a case of you get what you pay for unfortunately I had paid in advance for two nights I contacted Booking.com
