    Pros: Staff was very direct and kind.
    Cons: I found a can of tuna that was opened, and microwaved and then left in the room. Room service missed this so I found it and the smell....well led me to vomit. I had to bag it and give it to the guy at the desk who was utterly speechless.

    Pros: At least the TV had good channels
    Cons: We had one of the "new" remodeled rooms. There was permanent marker on the mirror, the heating unit did not work, ironing board but no iron, no hangers for clothes on clothes rack, splotches of paint on bath tub and shower curtain, and, rusty water.

    Cons: Although under renovation, had to move rooms 5 times before there was a room that was functional. From toilets & tv's not working to no locks on doors or windows, probably the worst hotel stay I've had in 20 years of traveling.

    Pros: Excellent customer service from front desk clerk and maintenance man
    Cons: Do not stay here! Our floor was completely under construction and smelled like fresh paint overwhelmingly. We had to change rooms 3 times in the middle of the night before everything worked right and froze to death in the process. Horrible.

    Cons: It looked nothing like the pictures. The smell of marijuana was so strong when I walked in I almost left immediately. The curtains were torn half way off the window. The carpet was disgusting. We were there for less than 2 hours and left.

    Pros: The girls at the front desk were very nice and apologetic about how much trouble finding a clean room had become.
    Cons: It's nasty. Stains (I hope) on the bedding and floors, mold in the shower along with toiletries left by the previous person, air did not cool, and no sheets. This is after switching rooms 3 times.first put in a room that was occupied, then no fridge.

    Pros: This hotel is terrible I did not like anything about it dirty room, mold on restroom ceiling, and a moldy smell allover the hotel plus the hotel feel insecure with all the random people all around and the cameras everywhere. W could not stay the night.
    Cons: The dirty room, the mold on the bathroom ceiling, the bed sheets with holes on them, the bad smell inside the hotel, the smudges on the mirrors, the room ceiling coming off, the door not closing all the way. the only good thing about this place is the FD.

    Cons: There were bugs in my bed. I asked the front desk to be compensated or something & he only came to my room with a can of RAID, sprayed the mattress, changed the sheets, & then left & so did I. I took pictures.
