Pros: The room was very spacious. I like that the room didn't have carpeting. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was easy to get to and centrally located to our events.

Cons: My only issue were the matresses. It might be time to consider replacing them. They're starting to get a little springy. Also, maybe having an extra blanket in the room.

Cons: Our Room underneath the walkway, so noisy you can hear people walking. Doors the the rooms slamming so hard. Housekeeping staff talking loud and we can hear everything. Ants were everywhere even in the coffee machine.

Pros: We were excited to be in at Days Inn, for our second visit. The upon check in staff was pleasing, when asked for water he rushed to find it for us. However unavailability of water he provided us with juice packs. This is highly appreciated.

Cons: Unfortunately, my stay in room number 226 at Days Inn was marred by a slippery bathtub, which posed a safety hazard. My son slipped twice in the bath tub and we found no non slip mats inside the room. We used bath towels to stop the incident from happening to the rest of the family. Despite raising this concern with the front desk while checking out, the reply was unsatisfactory, the front office lady told not to be shy to ask for non slip mat. She suggested we request for additional safety equipment. But why are we waiting to ask after a slip occur. Why are things not placed before hand? Our suggestion to the management to look into faulty bath tubs. I will give a heads-up to my family and friends about the slip to prevent any personal damage.

Pros: The room was small and washroom was also tiny - From the outside i could have passed the bathroom door to be a closet door.

Cons: My mother was accompanying me on this trip and had to use the restroom before we checked in. The duty manager showed here where the bathroom was, but as she entered the toilet bowl was choked/blocked.

Cons: 5mins in the room still couldn't close the door and couldn't lock it, beds smelled bad (body odors), floors were very tilted and dirty, soap & washroom was dirty, no management available for complaints or to provide a full refund, no alternatives were offered, receptionist was playing gambling games on his computer instead of placing a complaint and pretended he didn't understand us yet I'm fully fluent in both languages (English/French), we were threatened by reception if we didn't leave they would call the police on us! We had no choice but to rent a hotel elsewhere in the middle of the night! Second day we returned to speak with "Sami" as they finally suggested but Sami never showed up, yet when we expressed repeatedly our concerns how we didn't appreciate this behaviour of negligence on there behaviour they finally did call the general manager and he was finally contacted by phone which he was on "vacation" to tell us he will not provide any refund and was claiming he can see us on his cameras that we are still at the reception and would call the police if we didn't leave, so we left, and we'll NEVER be back, picture on their website are totally different then in reality! Shame shame on them!

Cons: You get zero value for the price you pay. Room was small , dated , shower was noisy and washroom didnt seem very clean. Front desk staff was not the friendliest. There is no concept of room service or getting as much as bottled water as part of the price of the room. It should be classified as a 2 star motel , not a hotel!
