    Good thanks

    Pros: Room and gym were clean. Staff friendly. Loved the walk in shower. Very comfy bed. Room spacious.
    Cons: The room was incredibly warm. Air con didn't work so but I could open the windows. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work either. Shower water pressure could be better.

    Amazing food and amazing staff

    Pros: I booked the dinner, bed and breakfast deal fpr myself and my partner. So upon checkin we were asked what had made us come to the area and when i explained that this was a birthday presant for my partner we were given a dinks voucher which was a really nice touch. So usually with half board deals its a small main meal or a hot buffet. This wasnt, this was a 3 course meal. The menu had a choice of 4 or 5 starters , 4 or 5 mains and 3 or 4 deserts and it was amazing . Quick friendly service and amazing food. The staff on duty took interest in their guests and ensured everything was to our satisfaction. Next morning we had the full breakfast , again amazing food and brillaint staff . For those gluetn free eaters at breakfast they had a designated toaster for gluten free eaters which i thought was brilliant , not many hotels go to this length. I will be back very soon .
    Cons: Shame i could have spent a week there !

    A few niggles but would...

    Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. Room had 1 mug and there were 2 of us so receptionist brought another one up. Also got us a spare toothbrush as forgot to pack one. Lovely breakfast.
    Cons: Would prefer wifi to be passworded as my laptop kept telling me it is not a secure wifi so I didnt use it. Also shower was poor design as when you shower, the water goes past the screen and wets the floor. Coudnt get the bathroom extractor fan to work so the mirror steamed up and took a long time to clear.

    Everything we needed, comfortable, good...

    Pros: The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The receptionist, on arrival, was exceptionally good. All helpful accommodating a guest with limited mobility. Lift to our floor and ample space for mobility scooter, ramps to all areas where required. The breakfast offering was excellent and there was a huge selection to choose from. The location suited our needs and was quiet. We heard no disturbance at all, throughout our stay. The room was well designed with more than adequate space and all favilities we needed. Bed, easy chair and desk chair all comfortable.
    Cons: For a less mobile guest, the distance from public areas to accommodation would be difficult without wheelchair or other mobility aids. We found the bed quilt too thick and no alternative was available.. Would have preferred more bedside storage than a single shelf either side.

    Great overnight stay

    Pros: The room was comfortable and just right for our 1 night stay. The breakfast restaurant was well run with a very good food and drink selection choice. Thanks to the chef in particular who offered and cooked veggy sausages for me

    Pros: It was good that some hotels accept pets, i believe the market is huge for those that accept them. Plenty of parking, on site restaurant, although not great standard.
    Cons: As before the last time we stayed, the beds are poor.

    Pros: I honestly don’t know where to start… from start to finish, me and my family had such a great time at this place. The cleanliness was top notch. Beds were super comfy. There was a foodcourt right next to it. Staff was super helpful. We had such an amazing experience. 100% recommend!
