Pros: The staff were all very nice. It is convenient to have the pub and the restaurant near. The beds were comfortable

Cons: So many things. The bathroom had a strong smell of urine when we came in. The cleaners were outside so I told them about the smell. They offered me a deodorizer. I asked for a disinfectant and cleaned the floor around the toilet myself. There was indeed urine there. Then my son found a half eaten bon bon on the floor and a candy wrapper. Then we went to the pool. There are no robes in the room. The hot tub was closed. You are not allowed to take the pool towels upstrairs so we had to walk through the lobby wet and cold (no robes!). Then we find out the TV is broken. They offered to switch rooms at this point but I didn't want to risk another stinky bathroom so we stayed. We got 30$ to the restaurant instead but what I asked for was 30$ off my hotel bill but they said no. Then we find out they don't do room service even though there is a restaurant downstrairs. So we order to go but they don't let you order the kids menu items to go... .the only reason we wanted food was cause my son was hungry. We left in the AM before breakfast for reasons unrelated to the above so I asked if I could use the 30$ voucher another time and they said no...it had to be used with this visit! This was my 30$ compensation for the broken TV. Absolutely NOT WORTH 250$ A NIGHT. I don't know who is rating this hotel 4 stars. I booked here based on this and that is not an accurate rating. 250$ for a room facing the highway with 2 beds. 150$ is more like it. The Pinnacle is only slightly more, has a pool and is in a better location. Trust me go there instead!

Pros: Hotel had an excellent service staff, reception and facilities. Beds and pillows are really comfortable. We order breakfast to our room and the food fresh and delicious. Will definitely come back if visit Vancouver again. Thank you.

Cons: I think the property should install electric service for eve’s. My wife and I would enjoy a drive up the coast from So. Cal. Your TV sucks as usual
