    We love it

    Pros: The location is very strategic. Bed are comfortable. We do enjoy our rest day staying here. Breakfast on saturday not really taste well, maybe just some spices are missed during thia time, but on sunday it taste good. We do book room service for dinner, the price and taste are really good. We going to stay here again and wont waste time finding spot for dinner because they do provide good food.
    Cons: The hotel is quite old. Carpet in hallway got a lot of stains. The room that we get not in its best condition. The door for toilet is broken, and cabinet inside toilet looks like it wont last long. Parking is not enough and we have to avoid coming back late to ensure that we didnot lost our parking spot, but its okay because not many places u can go in Taiping at night.

    Need a lot of improvement.

    Pros: The room is nice and tidy but still in the same condition from 10 years ago. No upgrade, just price go up. The staff were friendly and helpful.
    Cons: 1. Parking space very limited, I was forced to park my car in not so safe spot. Otherwise need to park outside about 300 meter from hotel lobby. 2. I had terrible experience because my sleep interrupted with so many things . They were car racing around the road until 3am, dogs barking loudly and fireworks. The location was very busy amd very near to maintoad to town. My wife need to call police at 2am to patrol the cars who were racing outside. 3. The breakfast were not up to standard. Very minimal, not satisfy with the price.

    Pros: 1. The location of the hotel is extremely good. 2. Breakfast was simple and decent
    Cons: 1. The carpet was stained 2. Bathroom was full of stain marks 3. The windows were dusty 4. The bathroom sink was keep on getting clogged. When we reached up for help, was told that they do have some rooms wit such issue. Wonder why then open for booking knowing the issue

    It was an overall good stay with some improvements would made it a perfect stay.

    Pros: Breakfast is decent with mainly local food mixed with western breakfast. Lakeview is the best view especially for morning and evening view.
    Cons: The window glass pane was cracked. USB charging point at the plugpoint was not working. Mattress was a little too hard for me. Basement parking lacks elevator especially when needing to carry heavy baggage to room and back.

    Pros: The only good thing about the hotel was the location. Near the zoo and in front of the lake.
    Cons: The room was awful. Definitly not a 4 star place. The building is old. There were small cockroaches and lizards of different sizes in our room. Under the desk in the room was full of dust. It hasn't been cleaned for a while. The room service dishes would go behind the door and stayed there for a while!!!! Shocking!

    A pleasant 2-days Hari Raya staycation

    Pros: Breakfast was good. Overall hospitality was great. Even the security personnel wen the extra length to provide umbrella to us as it was raining. Good attention and care for the OKU as well.

    Not as expected.

    Pros: The staff are friendly and there was prompt service for requests made. Our toilet had a flush issue and it was quickly resolved. The room had a damp smell and it was attended to quickly - but the smell persisted.
    Cons: The room had a damp smell. The bathroom was not cleaned well. We took a room facing the lake and it very noisy at night with motor cyclist racing on the road. The Rooftop Club was not far from us and it was loud too. Overall the noise level at night was bad. Paint in the room near the window was coming off. The table with the two chairs facing the lake was not wiped either. Very little spread for breakfast too.
