    Terrible, would not stay here...

    Pros: The room had a four poster bed which looked nice, sadly the bed was not comfortable to sleep in.
    Cons: There was damp and a lot of black mould in the bathroom. Radiator was scalding hot - caused an actual burn on my leg. Breakfast was sad and there were no staff members to be found to refill the coffee. Overall, the place was tired and dated and unloved.

    Pros: Room was basic but adequate and nice and clean. We only had breakfast which was average. The bar was closed when we’re returned to the hotel on our first night at around 9 p.m. and it was closed.

    Clean, great value, slightly quirky...

    Pros: Quirky in some respects with a mix of some antique furniture and modern but love that, makes it individual. Good was both good and good value. Location is good for exploring the Forrest of Bowland.
