    Perfect for what we needed!...

    Pros: Free upgrade on arrival and friendly staff. Good breakfast and lots of choice.
    Cons: Pillows too small for me and room was quite hot without air conditioning however we could open a large window and the room was in a quiet part of the hotel which was nice

    Pros: ~ Good location. Easy access to sightseeing venues; ~ Provides L’Occitane products like shampoo, shower gel & hand washing foam; ~ The afternoon staff is helpful. He tried to fix the wifi connection problem. When I tried to get back my luggage, which was in the farthest corner, he took out luggage of others & brought mine out.
    Cons: ~ Know that single room must be small. However, the toilet should at least have some space for placing items. I need to put everything on the toilet seat; ~ Failed to connect to wifi until 2:00am; ~ Water from basin & shower is salty; ~ The toilet on the under ground floor is very small. Chubby people may not be able to enter. Ladies need to wash their hands in male toilet. Urinal bowl is next to the basin.

    Amazing Location and views. Great...

    Pros: Room was amazing, excellent view from my window. thankfully they had an elevator. However, the beds weren't comfortable. the staff was amazing, super helpful, can get you coffee anytime you want. Oh and the breakfast was amazing too! good surprise for me.
    Cons: beds were uncomfortable. but room was super neat and toilets were tidy. free coffee anytime heating was good too they should replace the mattress and sheets with something more comfortable.

    I will not come back.

    Pros: Location
    Cons: The hotel does not have any sound isolation. I had a room that was facing the street and I could hear every passing car and all the screaming and laughing of people who were partying (there are many bars in the area). I could not sleep during the three nights I was there, which was a big problem as I was on a work trip and had important meetings. The breakfast was also no good - extremely limited choice.

    Pros: + + great location near the city centre (2min Bourse de Bruxelles, 5min Grand-Place) + comfortable bed + kind staff
    Cons: - - bad soundproofing windows so noise from the street till the late hours - the breakfast had no much variety and the breakfast room was too small - bad waterproofing in the shower

    Excellent ! Highly recommended. Perfect...

    Pros: location was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay decoration was modern and contemporary the rooms were a little on the small size nonetheless clean and comfortable.
    Cons: The Breakfast room was in reception/non existent very cramped small tables but again fully functional and very relaxed comfy atmosphere really enjoyed our breakfast. would be nice to have more warm options like beans and sausages

    Great location for the historic...

    Pros: Location, location, location.
    Cons: Noise. My room, 104, was on the front of the building. There was a late night bar/music venue across the street that apparently opened at midnight and stayed open until 0600. Bass drums thumping disco/ rap/ whatever and smokers talking at the top of their lungs, didn't allow for much sleep. Get a room a the back of the hotel. Breakfast was very basic but good.

    Pros: The location was quiet good where everything is very close to the hotel( bar, restaurant and shopping streets). I called my few friends to celebrate the birthday at common area and they allowed for that. That is nice! Overall I had a good experience.
