    Pros: This is an excellent hotel, well located and with helpful and courteous staff. Y
    Cons: I left a pair of trousers behind. Reporting the loss, which I did immediarely, sent me to a cumbersome and unsatisfactory system. That yielded a negative. We checked in again 2 days later. Same result. My advice to anyone is DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND. You'll never see it again.

    Pros: Perfect location to explore the city. Willis tower is 5min walk, du sable bridge is just 20min. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

    Pros: This is my third time and it has best value for the price. It has a great location and rooms are very clean. Employees are very welcoming.
    Cons: Some rooms are very small and they lack of similar services with the other rooms although they are under the same category. For example my room had iron and my friend's did not.

    Cheap, dated, good location, comfortable...

    Pros: The hotel is in a good location and value for money. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The TV and wifi function well.
    Cons: The rooms are very dated, and are not well maintained. The carpet, chairs, desks and the flooring and sink areas in the bathroom seemed dirty, but more just dated. It is a very run down hotel, which did not appear in the pictures, and staff, except the gentleman who checked me in, appeared so indifferent about being there it was borderline angry about being there. I had no special requests, this feedback is on the general level of interaction daily, which I find quite disappointing. It is good value for money, but for the reasons I am not sure that I would stay again.

    We had a great 2...

    Pros: Location is fantastic. Only 10 mins walk from the Art institute of Chicago. 12 mins to Millienium park. Taking a subway from O'hare airpot to the hotel is very easy, just taking the blue line, no transfer needed. Checking in/out process is easy and smooth.
    Cons: Nothing in particular.
