Pros: There was good use of the small room space. Furniture and fixtures were well-placed. Location was good.

Cons: Rooms are tiny , there was an electrical socket coming out of the wall, the lights behind the bed didn’t work, felt not well finished. Expensive for what we got. Should have been maybe half the price for the tiny room!

Cons: The room was tiny, and the smallest we have stayed so far anywhere. Infornation for late checkin was not provided on the booking email, we had some trouble checking in after 11.00pm, as their automatic machine was not working.

Cons: The rooms were super small. There was hardly any space to walk around. Even with two people in the room it was difficult to manoeuvre around. We kept bumping into each other.

Pros: This is the exact kind of hotel I like. The rooms are small, but smartly organised. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. We had to work one morning, for which the sitting corner with foldable table was perfect. I have stayed in rooms twice the size that felt much more inconvenient as they weren’t arranged so practically.

Cons: On our check-in, the staff at the front desk was very short with us and the previous person to check-in. Especially for people referred to as Buddies by the hotel’s concept, this wasn’t the best introduction to the hotel.

Pros: Having stayed here before, it always feels like home, from the friendly staff to the excellent service and location - this is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Munich. The Location: simply cannot be beaten, a short walk from Munich HBF, once you arrive at the hotel, you'll notice you have pretty much EVERYTHING on your doorstep: restaurants, supermarkets and even a few barbershops. The Room: this time around I had one of the absolute best rooms in the hotel on the fifth floor, peace and quiet is a must for me and this room was more than adequate - spacious with all the necessary traveler essentials. The Staff: the real highlight of my stay has to eb the wonderful staff that are always helpful and fun to chat with - I'd like to thank Dave and Maria for always taking great care of me from arrival to departure: truly amazing human beings!

Cons: Absolutely nothing, you simply cannot get better value for money than this anywhere. Even if I tried, I simply cannot find any faults with this hotel on any level - Stay here, thank me later!
