Chic and lovely boutique hotel in Manhattan NY!

Pros: Hotel 3232 is everything you'd need when visiting New York! The location was walking distance to the best shopping, dinning, and activities you'd never want to miss out on. The concierge, David, was so friendly and accommodating to all my needs. I'll definitely be staying here on my next trip to NY!

Cons: The showers are very modern but confusing to turn off the faucets. This is the only complaint I have.

While located in an accessible area, frustrating that there were so many promblems for a single nights stay.

Pros: Located in a nice spot, near to many tourist activities of your flora willing for fun as well as many major retail and bank locations if your traveling for work.

Cons: AC was broken upon arrival and I was dismissed when I called the front desk. I went down in person and they agreed to send someone up and it was supposed to be fixed but continued to blow like warm air all afternoon. The electrical wiring in my room Short Circuted and I had no power in the room. I called the front desk and the switched me to another room across the street at 12:30am. During this process the front desk at the North Tower advised me I was lucky they switched me at all and that of it was up to him he wouldnt have done anything since it was an Inconvenient Hour. The showers in both of my rooms have cracked and stained tiles exposing mildew and jagged edges.

Cons: It is filthy! Rooms are in a very bad shape. Our mattress cover had tons of stains! It was truly disgusting. Bathrooms are gross and dirty. I can't believe we paid $1,400 for 2 nights!

Disappointing

Cons: We were on the 32 North side. Pillows were incredibly uncomfortable.. called for more and they still werent good. Found 2 beetle bugs crawling from a hole from the top of bathroom mirror. Rooms were clean but still felt gross. I wouldnt stay here again.

3d time staying here, always nice

Pros: Not our first time staying here, and we always love it. The room is spacious and has a kitchenette. The location is perfect (walking distance to great dining places and sights), the terrace is just cool!

Cons: They charge you $75 for a one-hour late checkout option. I may be spoilt by I am used to getting that for free. If you charge $75, at least offer 2-3 hours :)

Happy with my booking

Pros: Location brilliant, close to Empire state building in the heart of Manhattan.

Cons: Hotel is the two parts (one on either side of the street) we were in the smaller one and did not know of the other part until we were checking out, more space and facilities incthe other part.

I actually highly recommend this location to anyone looking

Pros: Well, its a great hotel, and a great location and the value is fair. Its not completely outrageous.

Cons: I wouldve preferred to of been in the main building as opposed to the location across the street but all in all it is a decent room

Had potential

Pros: I liked the balcony aspect of the room. I also like the space of the room.

Cons: I didnt like how there was one elevator that broke and I had to wait 30 mins only for me to still have to walk up 11 flights of stairs. I also didnt like that I found stains of the quilt that was provided for me. Stains like food stains period stains it was disgusting
